Introducing

Series 1 : Sculpture in Motion

Introducing Series 1 , the first collection from Lorn Jean: six sculptural ear cuffs, crafted in limited numbers from sterling silver and 18ct gold. Inspired by the sculptural connections of the Florentine Dress, the Series 1 Ear Cuff Collection transforms intricate craftsmanship into distinctive, asymmetrical designs that follow the natural curves of the ear.

Cast in the UK and hand-finished to a superior polish, these pieces embody a seamless fusion of elegance and sculptural form—all without the need for piercings.

Sustainable Craftsmanship

Reclaimed X-Ray Silver

At Lorn Jean, we are committed to using sustainable and ethically sourced materials. Many of our pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver, reclaimed through the innovative AgAIN silver initiative from Betts Metals. This unique process recycles silver from medical X-ray film, offering an eco-friendly solution that minimizes waste while providing the highest quality silver.

Betts Metals, a leader in sustainable precious metals, collaborates with the NHS and other healthcare organizations to collect and recycle X-ray film. With the ability to process up to five tonnes of film each week, this initiative not only supports hospitals in reducing waste but also ensures that every piece of silver is fully traceable and responsibly sourced. By choosing Lorn Jean, you are investing in jewellery that reflects our dedication to both craftsmanship and sustainability.

UK Made

CRAFTSMANSHIP

At Lorn Jean, each piece of jewellery undergoes a thoughtful and meticulous design journey. Every shape is carefully sculpted to embody both beauty and a comfortable fit, refined through an emotionally considerate design process that blends artistic vision with modern techniques.

Once the design is perfected, our skilled UK artisans cast each piece using the traditional lost wax casting method—a time-honoured technique that ensures unparalleled craftsmanship. Finally, each item is hand-finished and polished to a superior high shine, resulting in a unique creation.
