We hope you love your new piece(s).
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your order.
It is not possible to return creations that have been personalised, engraved, embossed or modified in any way, or that have been bespoke-made.
The creations that you opt to return must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all original packaging, gifts and protective materials in place. Any tags, stickers or returns protection cords/labels must be in tact for the item to be eligible for return.
We aim to issue refunds within 14 days after the returned items have passed inspection by our returns team.
UK RETURNS
We offer complimentary UK returns.
Standard delivery charges will also be refunded on UK and EU orders. If you opted for an express, next day delivery option or pick up point, these costs are non-refundable.
You must initiate your return within 14 days. Returns requested outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted according to the terms above, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
UK customers who purchased their order signed-in, can initiate their return from their online account.
If you completed your online order as a guest (not signed-in), please fill in and submit the returns request form on this page.
USA RETURNS
Please note that you will be fully liable for the cost of postage for returning an item to us. You must initiate your return within 14 days. Returns requested outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return within 14 days will not be accepted.
We advise that when you are returning items to us, to use tracked postage, requiring a signature - as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. When sending your return, we advise that you write the text “return shipment to origin” on the outside of the parcel or the goods could get held up in customs. We will process your return on receipt of the item in it's perfect, undamaged condition as detailed above and in our refund policy.
