Pre-order pieces follow the same considered process as made-to-order designs — cast in the UK and hand-finished in the studio. Whether a newly released creation or a piece returning after selling out, a pre-order secures a piece made specially for you.
The Process
Shipping Timeline: Pre-order items will ship within 3–6 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Payment: Payment is taken at the time of order, initiating the making of your piece.
Cancellations: Orders may be amended or cancelled any time before dispatch. Please note that personalised or bespoke items are not eligible for cancellation.
Returns: Pre-order items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the terms of our refund policy. Personalised or bespoke items are not eligible for return.
Tracking: Once your piece is complete, we’ll email you with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
